Kamara Beach is located on the north-east side of Rethymno, approximately a 20-minute drive or 15 km from the town.
The beach is very small and private with fine crystal clear blue waters, fine sand and pebbles. The beach is surrounded by rocks which provide plenty of shade on a sunny day.
If you want to access the beach, that can only happen with a boat via the sea. If you simply would like to go on top of the rocks for one of the most amazing views you have in Crete, you can either find your way from Gerompotamos beach or Spilies beach.
