Aditional Information
For certified divers only! Must have proof of certification with them. Will need to know when was the last dive and how many dives logged. Divers that have not dived for a while will need to go through a refresh before being able to dive again. Check with the dive center for more information.
If you have any medical conditions you need to have a clearance from your doctor.
