Bread Making in a Traditional Wood-Fired Oven
Description
First, you will be transferred to the wood-fired oven, which we will light together and then enjoy a Cretan traditional breakfast, consisting of drinks (coffee, juice, tea with Cretan herbs) and seven-leavened bread with cheese.
Then, we will knead flour, shape the dough and, try Cretan traditional delicacies (dako, olives, seasonal vegetables), accompanied by raki.
Finally, we will take out the breads and sit down to enjoy together the delicacies we made accompanied by fresh, fragrant bread and local red wine. You will get fresh traditional bread, as a memory of the whole experience.
